Teams, tryouts, and small-group skills training — one development-focused model built on more reps and individual coaching, based at ES Lacrosse Woodbury.
East Side Tide offers club lacrosse teams, tryouts, and skills training in the East Metro of the Twin Cities. Summer 2027 rosters — U10 (2035 & 2036 grads) through high school (2028–2030 grads) — formed through the summer tryout window, with make-up tryouts and in-season evaluations available on request. The club's 2028/2029 team completed its 2026 season, September training blocks run this fall, and private 1-on-1 coaching books year-round at ES Lacrosse Woodbury.

Tryouts place players onto an age-group team; every team trains on the same development-focused cadence all season.
Summer 2027 Teams
East Side Tide fields Summer 2027 club lacrosse teams for U10 (2035 & 2036 grads), U12 (2033 & 2034), U14 (2031 & 2032), and high school (2028–2030 grads). Rosters form through evaluation-based tryouts, and every team pairs team practices with weekly positional skills training — games and tournaments included. The posted tryout window has concluded; make-up tryouts and in-season evaluations are available on request, and team registration follows once rosters are set.
