Tournament results, announcements, and news from the program — in order, most recent first.

  1. Save the date · Saturday, September 26, 2026

Meet, Greet & Eat — one club, one Tide family

New teams. New teammates. One Tide family. Join us Saturday, September 26 from 5:30 to 7:30 PM at the Stonemill Farms Park Open Air Shelter in Woodbury for our East Side Tide Meet, Greet & Eat — a chance to meet the families, get to know your teammates, connect with coaches, and kick off another exciting season together. • Potluck-style dinner • Meet the teams and families • Games, fun, and connection • Bring the whole family Last year we were one team. This year we're growing — and we couldn't be more excited to bring the entire East Side Tide family together.

  2. Fall training · September 2026

Fall training is here — offense, defense, and faceoffs

The June blocks were just the start. This September we're running three training blocks at ES Lacrosse Woodbury — and one of them is brand new. • Offensive training — high school Tue/Thu 6:00–7:30pm (Sep 1–Oct 1); U12/U14 Tue 4:30–6:00pm and Sat 10:00–11:30am (Sep 1–Oct 3). 10 sessions each. • Defensive training — high school Mon/Wed 6:00–7:30pm; U12/U14 Mon/Wed 4:30–6:00pm (Aug 31–Sep 30). 10 sessions each. • Faceoff training — our first faceoff block ever, led by Coach Ryan Adkins. U12 through high school, Saturdays 11:30am–1:00pm (Sep 5–Oct 3). No experience necessary. We heard your feedback: fall sessions now run 90 minutes instead of 60, and core groups get an additional weekly session. The blocks are underway now. Want in on the remaining sessions, or a heads-up when the next block opens? Call or text 651-422-5700, or use the contact form. Fall training is invoiced month-to-month — you pay only for the months your player attends.
