Tryout, team, and program registration and all payments are processed through TeamSnap, a third-party platform. When you register or pay, you do so on TeamSnap and are subject to TeamSnap's own terms and privacy policy. East Side Tide does not process or store payment-card information on this website.

Program details published on this website — including dates, schedules, prices, age groups, and session caps — are accurate to the best of our knowledge and may change. Contact East Side Tide to confirm current availability before relying on any listing.

4. Fees, refunds, and cancellations

Fees for tryouts, teams, training sessions, and private coaching are as stated at the time of registration on TeamSnap. Any refund, cancellation, or transfer terms for a specific program are communicated at registration or upon request. For questions about a fee or a refund, contact East Side Tide directly.

5. Communications

By submitting a form or providing your contact information, you agree that East Side Tide may contact you by email, phone, or text to respond to your inquiry and share program information. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, or opt out of text messages by replying STOP. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
