East Side Tide is a service-area club lacrosse program based at ES Lacrosse Woodbury, serving players from Woodbury, Stillwater, Cottage Grove, Oakdale, St. Paul, Hudson, Mahtomedi, Lake Elmo, Afton, Inver Grove Heights, Hastings, White Bear Lake and the surrounding East Metro. Every program — summer teams, skills training, and private coaching — is open to players from any of these communities.
